When can I return or exchange?

You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The product is unopened and in its original packaging
• Or the product arrived damaged or different from your order

How do I request it?

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the product, and our team will guide you.

Refunds

Refunds are made within 3 working days after we receive and check the product, in cash or by transfer as agreed with you. If the product arrived damaged or wrong, we cover the delivery cost.
